Our first introduction is to Mr. William Gallagher. Mr. Gallagher is the Resident Project Manager for the Bowman and Bridge Renovation projects. Bill works for Daedalus Project, Inc. -- the group that the town has hired to oversee the project. Bill is an amazing asset to our project, as he works with the architects, the principals, the construction management and the town to make sure that everything is done safely and well. Welcome Bill!

Bill has proven talents
contributing to numerous multimillion-dollar projects in commercial public
works construction projects. Some
of his responsibilities have been acting as an Owner’s Project Manager for Shaw’s
Supermarkets, Medfield Adult Community Center, Medfield Parks and Recreation.
He has overseen the renovation of the McKinley, Edison, Edwards’ schools and Fire Engine stations 7, 22 and 33 for the city of Boston. He helped coordinate
the program development of the Medfield Department of Public Works and Franklin
Senior Center. As a LEED Project Manager, Bill traveled to Dubai, UAE to guide
the Maritime City’s yacht repair facility to USGBC Silver accreditation.
Bill has filled the role of Owner’s
Representative on the following collegiate sector projects, Worcester State College
parking garage and for Dartmouth College’s Hanover Inn. For Harvard University,
he provided over sight of the LEED Platinum Blackstone office remodeling which
had the highest recycling rate in the nation and was the first platinum
renovation in Massachusetts. For grade schools, the new South Street elementary
school and Williams’ middle school renovation for the town of Bridgewater. As
an Owner’s representative he delivered on time and on budget the Lakeville
Freetown regional high school renovation and the ground up construction of the their
new middle school. In Medfield, Bill was detailed to the Memorial Elementary
school occupied by Kindergarten and first graders.
Bill is a LEED Accredited
Professional, and has spoken at Harvard University’s Green Campus Initiative
Symposium; at Build Boston in January 2007 in reference to LEED construction
site procedures and systems and at the West Coast Green symposium he presented
a forum entitled “Greening the Construction Management Process”. Bill currently
is pursing degree work in Organizational Leadership at SNHU.
